Job summary

The Town of Snowmass Village, Colorado is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to join our Facilities Division in the Public Works Department. This is an in-person, full-time role with a broad set of duties across HVAC, building systems, and preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of commercial/industrial maintenance experience, strong carpentry, electrical, plumbing basics, and the ability to work with town departments and the public.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years in commercial/industrial building maintenance.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair HVAC systems, controls, and related components.
• Repair and maintain doors, windows, roofing, walls, ceilings, and finishes.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment and perform repairs.
• Paint, drywall, and perform other finishing tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with town departments, vendors, and the public.
