Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to manage third‑party contractors and read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair facility equipment across multiple venues.
• Oversee vendor work, coordinate inspections, and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead preventative maintenance and assist in facility enhancement projects.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics; work with specialized tools.
