WebstaurantStore in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician II to maintain a 1.2 million sq ft warehouse loaded with automation. You'll perform PMs and repairs, mentor Level I techs, coordinate with vendors, and support safety and efficiency across the operation.

This role offers training, shift transitions, and opportunities to grow into Tech III while contributing to uptime and a safe, productive warehouse environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year maintenance technician experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to train and mentor others.
• Passion for safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, forklifts, and facility infrastructure.
• Assist Level I Technicians and mentor them through hands-on training.
• Support cross-functional maintenance tasks beyond your area as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty and non-routine repairs.
• Maintain logs of maintenance activities and costs.
• Uphold safety by adhering to LOTO, PPE, and other protocols.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and floor scrubbers.
• Contribute to projects to improve efficiency and safety.
• Support warehouse yard upkeep and waste disposal.
• Stay organized, clean, and safety-focused.
