Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of maintenance/carpentry/painting experience required.
• Current WA State driver’s license required.
• Previous maintenance or vocational coursework can substitute for up to one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance on building systems and surfaces.
• Troubleshoot issues, access crawl spaces and ceiling spaces as needed.
• Determine needed repairs and carry them out safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
