Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, or appliance maintenance.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic technical information and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior fixtures, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and AC systems according to procedures.
• Troubleshoot failures and coordinate licensed service firms under supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance checks, log entries, and respond to emergency repair requests.
• Perform general repairs such as fixing broken windows, handrails, and door fixtures.
• Keep maintenance logs up to date and assist with safety and MSDS documentation.
