Job summary

Community Health Center of Snohomish County seeks a Facilities Maintenance Specialist II to perform routine repairs across CHC facilities, using hand and power tools to address carpentry, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, wall patch, paint and flooring tasks. • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or mechanical program certificate preferred.
• Previous general facility maintenance experience in commercial or healthcare environments is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals and schematics; basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance across CHC facilities using hand and power tools.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related systems; patch and paint as needed.
• Travel between CHC facilities; supervise minor tasks and coordinate with outside vendors.
