Job summary

Litehouse Foods is seeking a Facilities Maintenance II to care for plant, warehouse, and office infrastructure. You will perform skilled maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support improvement projects to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will maintain CMMS records, participate in safety and sanitation initiatives, and work with Operations to minimize downtime. A technical background and 2–4 years of maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years in facilities or manufacturing maintenance.
• Hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, structural and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, installation and repairs.
• Detail-oriented; able to work with limited supervision.
• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair and installation across facility infrastructure.
• Complete preventative maintenance and troubleshoot facility issues.
• Support facility improvement projects with material planning and contractor coordination.
• Maintain work orders, maintenance logs and CMMS records.
• Support safety, sanitation and operational standards through inspections.
• Collaborate with Operations to minimize downtime.
