Job summary

Mama’s Creations, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable operations.

This hands-on role serves as a technical expert for mechanical, electrical, and controls issues while supporting preventive maintenance. You will work with Operations, FSQA, Sanitation, and Reliability to minimize downtime, ensure food safety, and keep equipment production-ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment, read schematics and manuals.
• Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Provide root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance to improve uptime.
• Support equipment changeovers, installations and modifications.
• Mentor maintenance team members and document work in CMMS.
• Ensure safety, GMPs, and food safety compliance in all tasks.
