Job summary

Litehouse Foods seeks a Facilities Maintenance II to maintain and repair facility systems across manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments. This role performs skilled maintenance, preventative tasks, troubleshooting, and repair work while supporting facility improvement projects and contractor activities.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of related maintenance experience, hands-on skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational maintenance training preferred.
• 2–4 years in facilities, industrial, or manufacturing maintenance.
• Hands-on preventative maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, structural, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, installation, and general repairs.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• CMMS experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair, installation, and general construction across facility infrastructure and equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and facility issues to keep operations safe and efficient.
• Support facility improvement projects, including material planning, cost estimates, and contractor/vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance logs, and CMMS records while seeking reliability improvements.
• Support safety, sanitation, and operational standards through inspections and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations and other teams to address facility needs and minimize downtime.
