Qualifications

• Four years of experience in one or more building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires no professional license.
• Ability to supervise contractors on site.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs building systems including plumbing, HVAC, electrical and general facilities.
• Perform carpentry M&R tasks such as repairing doors, floors, frames, and windows.
• Coordinate with users to schedule work within 5 days of receiving a work order.
• Complete routine work orders within 30 days; essential orders within 7 days; emergencies within 24 hours.
• Operate, maintain, and repair equipment used in building maintenance and grounds creation.
• Inspect and supervise contracted repairs to ensure compliance with standards.
