Job summary

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa in Katy, TX is looking for a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician. Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a 'handyman' or repair technician role.
• Able to read and follow instructions and checklists.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair and maintenance projects on time following safety procedures.
• Assist Facilities Director in maintaining facilities and equipment.
• Weekend availability is required.

Skills

Knowledge of safe and proper use of tools

Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Pool experience

Fitness equipment repair

Education

High school diploma or GED certificate

CPO certificate (a plus)
