VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to complete repair and maintenance projects on schedule, ensuring safety and quality while minimizing disruption to members and guests.

You will assist the Facilities Director in keeping the property’s systems and equipment well-maintained and fully operational. Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be required to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with exercise equipment and pools.
• Knowledge of safe and proper use of tools, machinery, cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to read, understand and follow checklists, project instructions, and the directions on the equipment and chemicals used in performing duties.
• Able to follow instructions to completion.

Responsabilités

• Ensure repair and maintenance projects are completed on time.
• Assist Facilities Director in keeping facilities and equipment well-maintained and operational.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be required.

Formation

High school diploma or GED

Trade school or apprenticeship preferred

CPO certification preferred; within 90 days
