Job summary
The Workout Club is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee repair, maintenance, and operation of our fitness facilities across locations in New Hampshire. This full-time role requires hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical repairs, and fitness equipment maintenance.
Pool maintenance knowledge is a strong bonus and CPO certification is required. You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and respond to emergencies, ensuring
Qualifications
- Proven HVAC experience is required.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with fitness equipment maintenance.
- Pool maintenance knowledge is a plus; CPO certification required.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance checks on all club facilities and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (commercial experience preferred).
- Handle electrical and mechanical repairs across the facility.
- Maintain and repair gym equipment (cardio, strength, free weights).
- Support pool and spa maintenance as needed.
- Coordinate with Regional and Club Manager on priorities and projects.
