Qualifications

• Experience in operations and maintenance at a gym or health club is required.
• General knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a daily safety walk-through to identify safety concerns.
• Work on special projects as directed by management.
• Maintain history files on all equipment.
• Procure necessary repair parts and tools.
• Perform monthly OSHA safety checks.
• Maintain a log of Preventative Maintenance.
