Job summary

The City of Maricopa is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support operations of city-owned buildings. You will respond to maintenance requests from internal and external customers and perform planned maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting the Public Works team on projects, moving furniture, painting and drywall repairs, installing equipment, reading blueprints, following building codes and safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities
