Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve the non-operational facilities, including buildings, site hardscape, and landscaping. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in commercial building maintenance, proficiency with MEP systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance or related field.
• Proven proficiency with MEP systems and basic repairs.
• Ability to read technical manuals or blueprints at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP).
• Diagnose issues and implement timely repairs to maintain building operations.
• Conduct interior and exterior upkeep including carpentry, painting, and flooring repairs.
• Maintain site hardscape and landscaping, including irrigation and debris removal.
• Respond to maintenance requests and safety emergencies with prioritization and professionalism.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory of parts and tools.
