Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years related grounds keeping/craft/maintenance experience and/or training.
• Background check and drug test required on the contract.
• Current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and adjust heating/ventilation systems, boilers, burners, pumps, air handlers, and related controls.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical circuits and fixtures.
• Repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs and new installations.
• Service and maintain laundry room equipment.
• Perform door and lock hardware repair and general building repairs.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
