Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience required (5–10 years).
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Keeps facilities in compliance with guidelines and in good appearance.
• Completes general repairs in all facilities.
• Performs visual walk-through of facility upon arrival and performs additional work if necessary.
• Maintains and keeps tools in good working order.
• Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, transformers and wiring, and related components.
• Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related equipment.
