Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician within Corporate Real Estate (CRE). Based in Westerville, OH, you will maintain and repair standard facility equipment, coordinate with 3rd party vendors and document work in the maintenance system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facility management with a technical focus.
• Experience with CMMS required.

Responsibilities

• Document all work in the DHL maintenance system.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and related systems.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Survey buildings and coordinate repair of mechanical systems.
• Assist daily operations of ventilation and other systems.
