Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in general maintenance and repair.
• CDL Class B with Air Brake endorsement or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigeration Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance for municipal buildings and train station, including cleaning/restrooms, floors, doors, windows, and exteriors.
• Check mechanical systems and perform basic maintenance on equipment (filters, oiling, belts, coils).
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform electrical maintenance, change light bulbs, check ballasts, and use electrical meter to measure amps/volts/ohms.
• Manage daily parking fees receipts and assist with event setup and teardown as assigned.
• Follow safety protocols, respond to emergencies, and adhere to policies.
