Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and special projects in a timely manner.
• Handle apartment turns and service requests, including on-call emergencies as directed by management.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and perform housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with snow removal in winter and pool/spa maintenance if applicable.
