The role requires one year of maintenance experience and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. You will perform routine upkeep, respond to urgent issues, and help maintain building systems and common areas.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• To ensure facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and common areas.
• Identify maintenance issues and report or escalate repairs when necessary.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed.
