Job summary

Health Center Inc. is an established health services organization based in New York City. We are seeking a maintenance worker for our Brooklyn location to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

The role requires one year of maintenance experience and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. You will perform routine upkeep, respond to urgent issues, and help maintain building systems and common areas.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; follow safety procedures.

MAINTENANCE

Salary Range: $61,831.00 To $61,831.00 Annually

Health Center Inc. is an established health services organization based in New York City with ambulatory care facilities staffed with a wide range of health professionals to provide extensive medical and diagnostic services. We are looking for a maintenance worker for our Brooklyn location.

Responsibilties

• To ensure facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and common areas
• Identify maintenance issues and report or escalates repairs when necessary
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed

Qualifications

• One year of experience for maintenance of facilities/building operations required
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Lift, carry, bend, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
