Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to service the building, grounds, and equipment with emphasis on safety and reliability. You will support the maintenance team by prioritizing work orders, diagnosing issues, and performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of safety standards and CMMS documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards (LOTO, GMP, OSHA) and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facilities maintenance on building, grounds, and equipment.
• Prioritize, assign, and complete work orders in CMMS (EAM).
• Repair lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and basic carpentry tasks as needed.
• Inspect systems, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules.
• Assist in safety improvements and provide inventive repair solutions.
