Job summary

VASA Fitness in Indianapolis Eagle Creek IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in hands-on problem solving to keep the club safe, functional, and welcoming for members. You will perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance, and respond to work orders through a CMMS, ensuring equipment and facilities operate reliably.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMMS/maintenance software and work orders is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club equipment and systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain cardio, strength, and general workout equipment in safe condition.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Document work performed and parts used in CMMS.
