Stonehill Communities is looking for a Maintenance Tech to keep buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair under the Director of Facilities. You will handle routine maintenance and assist with special projects to support residents and staff.

Responsibilities include checking work orders, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring safety by testing fire safety devices and emergency systems. On-call rotation and weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Formación

• High school diploma.
• Valid Driver License.
• 1 - 3 years maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with blue prints and mechanical systems.
• Strong basic math and mechanical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular and special maintenance repairs and improvements as directed by the Director of Facilities.
• Maintain facilities in a safe and comfortable condition for residents and staff.
• Check daily work orders and perform scheduled maintenance around Stonehill Communities.
• Test smoke detectors, emergency generator, ground fault circuits, and fire extinguishers as scheduled.
