Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania – Elizabethtown Campus is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support building, grounds, and system maintenance. You will troubleshoot and repair carpentry, electrical and plumbing, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with major repairs.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, coordinating with contractors, and documenting work in CMMS, with a rotating on‑call schedule and day hours.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of carpentry, electrical and plumbing required.
• OSHA and local building codes knowledge preferred.
• 1+ year experience in two or more trades is preferred.
• PA driver's license valid.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and grounds maintenance on campus facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair carpentry, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with major repairs.
• Assist outside contractors and document work in CMMS.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call needs as scheduled.
• Assist with snow operations and winter maintenance.
