Job summary

ST MARYS HOME is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds, and parking areas. You will identify needs from the PMS, complete work orders, and respond to requests promptly to keep the facility safe and functional.

The role also supports special projects to enhance operations and appearance, with an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and coordination with the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Five or more years in a facility maintenance setting.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance to facilities, grounds and parking areas.
• Complete assigned work orders and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Assist with special and capital improvement projects to improve operations and safety.
• Operate tools and equipment and ensure safety and compliance.
