Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related trade training.
• Minimum 5 years related maintenance experience and 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Good reading of blueprints and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry repairs (walls, doors, furniture).
• Perform basic electrical repairs (outlets, switches, lighting).
• Repair plumbing leaks and unclog drains; maintain fixtures.
• Repair/maintain water heaters and appliances.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and finishes.
• Remove graffiti and maintain clean work areas.
• Report unsafe electrical conditions.
• Repair wall coverings and maintain vehicles.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies for safety.
• Clean drive-thru lanes and ATMs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on branches/equipment.
• Maintain safe, orderly work sites.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and repairs.
• Maintain paperwork/receipts.
• Repair flooring (carpet/tile).
• Complete assigned tickets in Service Now.
• Maintain laptops and field equipment.
• Basic locksmith duties.
• Move furniture/equipment.
• Manage storage/warehouse space.
• Snow/ice removal and parking lot striping.
• Complete required training.
• Work in alert and safe manner.
