The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, and holds electrical, mechanical, or plumbing licenses or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on commercial building maintenance experience.
• Active electrical, mechanical, or plumbing licenses or training are highly desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders and service requests via digital Work Order System promptly.
• Perform scheduled checks and minor repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Conduct interior and exterior repairs including ceilings, flooring, blinds, signage, carpentry, and lighting.
• Escort and oversee outside contractors and vendors performing major property work.
• Routinely inspect common areas and exteriors to identify safety hazards or repair needs.
