Qualifications

Prior maintenance experience or appropriate school training.
Forklift certification required.
Travel with valid driver''s license and insurance.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to organize, prioritize, plan and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop store maintenance schedules with the lead for assigned stores.
Maintain and control inventory for truck stock.
Maintain sanitation of work areas as prescribed by standards.
Promote and implement company initiatives and process improvements to the team.
Tactfully and calmly handle stressful situations and leave a positive impression on associates and customers.
Be a team player and help boost team morale.
Communicate effectively with the team and supervisors while considering others.
Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
