Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of building systems to manage operating costs.
• Coordinate all maintenance and project-related activities.
• Monitor computerized HVAC control systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance in a corporate office/light manufacturing environment.
• Assist in building issues related to door hardware and management of keys.
• Set up furniture to support operations and events.
• Respond to routine and emergency issues quickly and interface with department reps.
• Coordinate and monitor repair of office equipment, building systems, or furniture with vendors.
• Maintain proper inventory for building supplies.
• Support the goals of the Facilities Department.
• Carry out requirements of the company's quality system.
