Job summary

FUJIFILM Dimatix Inc. seeks a Facilities Equipment Engineer to ensure daily operational reliability of all facility systems supporting manufacturing.

This hands-on role will own day-to-day operations, troubleshoot, lead technicians, and drive reliability improvements to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields with 5–8 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field; 5–8 years in facilities/ manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of high-tech facility systems (HVAC, DIW, ROW, PCW, CW), and preventive maintenance.
• Experience leading 4–10 technicians and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventive maintenance across facility systems using CMMS.
• Supervise 4 to 10 facilities maintenance technicians; provide direction and performance leadership.
• Maintain 24/7 operational readiness of facility systems including HVAC, water systems, gases, electrical distribution, and piping.
