Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in New Castle, DE, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide comprehensive maintenance support across manufacturing plants, labs, warehouses, and facilities. You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot diverse equipment, and document activities in CMMS, while adhering to EHS and GMP standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in mechanical/utility maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read P&ID

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or related maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and utility systems, piping, and process equipment.
• Familiarity with GMP/OSHA and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant, lab, warehouse, and office areas and site utilities under the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment such as boilers, air handlers, chillers, pumps, and piping systems.
• Document repairs and maintain accurate records; use CMMS to track work orders and parts.
• Support preventive/predictive maintenance and assist with capital project installations.
