Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite in Bothell, WA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance and minor repairs of building systems in a corporate office/light manufacturing setting. You will monitor HVAC controls, coordinate tasks, and support events while delivering strong customer service to employees.

Ideal candidates will have basic electrical/HVAC knowledge, basic repair skills, and be able to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of building systems to manage operating costs.

• Monitor and respond to HVAC control systems; assist with repairs and routine tasks around the facility.
• Support events and daily facility requests; coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain inventory of building supplies and ensure compliance with safety standards.
