Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking a Handyperson for full-time, permanent work in Monroe, LA. The role includes cleaning, basic repairs, and maintenance across the site, following safety procedures and schedules.

You will perform duties including cleaning, painting touch-ups, minor carpentry and repairs, and assisting with setup for meetings. Starting pay is $11.00 per hour with benefits for full-time employees; KBSPresence timekeeping is used; must have 3+ years in building

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in building maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively to customers and management.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and site schedule.
• Cleans rooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and floors.
• Replaces light bulbs; performs minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.
• Sets up and tears down chairs, tables, and equipment for meetings and events.
• Follows safety rules and reports completed work to supervisor daily.
