Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Experience with grounds maintenance equipment and landscaping tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Maintain grounds including lawn care, snow removal, and landscaping upkeep.
• Conduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Handle emergency maintenance situations as needed.
• Keep supplies organized and stocked; maintain tools in good condition.
• Document completed work and maintenance records.
