Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make adjustments and minor repairs.

Rusty Lantern Market located in Loudon, NH. is looking for a facility and maintenance person to take care of our facility and carry out cleaning, maintenance, and inventory stocking duties.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, pumps, fill coolers, stock, etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Shift & Hours: This is a full time position. The schedule will be discussed during the on site interview to see what works best for you.

Requirements:

• Preferred working experience as a Custodian
• Ability to handle related equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Must be able to work in hot or cold conditions as needed

Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
