Job summary

Rusty Lantern Market in Gorham, NH, is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Team Member to handle cleaning, maintenance, and stocking duties at our Gorham store. This full-time, on-site role offers hourly compensation and the chance to support daily operations on-site.

The position requires custodial experience, equipment handling, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, and familiarity with safety data sheets. The schedule will be discussed during the on-site interview.

Qualifications

• Preferred working experience as a Custodian.
• Ability to handle related equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets.
• Integrity and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to work in hot or cold conditions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, pumps, fill coolers, stock, etc.).
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
