Job summary

Bosch Charleston, part of the global Bosch Group, seeks a Team Leader for Wastewater Treatment (WWT) and Powerhouse (B105). You will supervise hourly staff, coordinate 24-hour weekday coverage and weekend outages, and promote safety, discipline and continuous improvement in a busy plant.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling work orders, overseeing contractors, managing budgets for B105/WWT, ensuring compliance with NFPA/OSHA/EPA, and driving 6S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; technical degrees with experience will also be considered.
• Must obtain a Class D State Phys/Chem treatment Operator License within 1 calendar year of starting.
• 2+ years of production/maintenance management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical/electrical/control systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, EPA, DHEC, ICC and NEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly employees in Wastewater Treatment (WWT) and Powerhouse (B105).
• Coordinate 24-hour weekday coverage and weekend outages.
• Promote safety first environment and 6S in WWT and B105 areas.
• Develop training plans and performance evaluations for hourly staff.
• Oversee project management for Facilities Construction and Maintenance (FCM) activities.
• Coordinate maintenance repairs with contractors and ensure safety/compliance.
