Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations of the plant Energy Center and Wastewater Treatment Facility, ensuring safe, reliable utility systems and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise skilled trades, manage maintenance plans, coordinate contractors, drive reliability improvements, and partner with Production, Engineering, Environmental, Safety, and union representatives to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering technology or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial facilities.
• 3+ years supervisory experience leading skilled trades.
• Experience with Energy Center and WWTP processes.
• Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise skilled trades for Energy Center and WWTP operations.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of critical utility systems.
• Plan maintenance, prioritize work orders, and schedules.
• Coordinate outside contractors, vendors, and safety compliance.
• Lead RCA and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventories, and procurement.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and equipment history.
• Monitor KPIs: uptime, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance.
