Job summary

Bosch Charleston is seeking a Team Leader for hourly employees in Wastewater Treatment (WWT) and Powerhouse (B105) to drive safety, performance, and reliable operations at the Charleston facility.

You will coordinate 24/7 coverage, conduct performance evaluations, develop training plans, and oversee maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with Bosch and regional safety rules while delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical degrees with experience considered.
• Class D license within 1 year of starting.
• 2+ years production/maintenance management experience.
• Familiarity with mechanical/electrical/control systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA/OSHA/EPA/ICC/NEC regulations.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly teams in Wastewater Treatment and Powerhouse operations.
• Coordinate 24/7 coverage and outages; manage scheduling.
• Perform performance evaluations and develop training plans.
• Oversee planning, design, estimating, and execution of work orders and projects.
• Maintain 6S in work areas and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee contractors; ensure safety, quality, timeliness, and budgets.
