Job summary

ELITechGroup is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to manage and perform the daily upkeep of our Logan, Utah facilities and infrastructure. You will ensure safe, reliable building operations and coordinate with contractors for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural repairs.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and inventories. A technical background and experience with ISO/FDA-relevant environments are a plus.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a facilities maintenance role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business software.
• Technical certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, machine repair or carpentry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance around the facility, including structural, windows, doors, and wall repairs.
• Maintain electrical systems and coordinate with contractors for repairs.
• Maintain HVAC systems and coordinate preventive maintenance with contractors.
• Oversee preventive maintenance to reduce future production or employee impact.
• Keep exterior grounds maintained, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent incidents.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of preventive maintenance; report monthly status.
