Job summary

Texas Instruments in Lehi, Utah is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager to own the reliability and performance of the fab facility systems. You will lead a proactive maintenance culture, drive uptime, and ensure safety and cost leadership.

You will build high-performing teams, optimize assets such as chemical and gas HPM systems, and drive data-driven improvements using SCADA and maintenance history to provide leadership with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Oversee fab facilities systems (including chemical/gas HPM) and SCADA monitoring to ensure continuous operations.
• Direct troubleshooting efforts and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex equipment failures.
• Direct, train, and develop maintenance technicians and operators; align team performance with organizational goals.
