Qualifications

• Three years of on-the-job maintenance experience with electric pallet jacks and electric forklifts.
• General building maintenance knowledge including refrigeration, plumbing, processing equipment, welding, and AIB prep.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of associates engaged in building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, beverage department, power industrial equipment and security.
• Review, coach, and develop maintenance associates; monitor work, policy adherence and safety; issue discipline when necessary.
• Supervises selection, purchase, inventory and use of Company assets in support of facilities and related departments; coordinate upgrades and repairs with other departments.
• Assist with developing relationships to ensure communication and efficient operations with third party vendors; maintain certificates of insurance and hold harmless agreements.
