Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building upkeep preferred.
• Practical experience with repairs and painting.
• Experience maintaining or troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment is an asset.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Able to manage daily maintenance tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35–50 pounds.
