Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Current Driver's License is required.
• CFC Certification and other trade certificates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Schedule and assign maintenance tasks.
• Ensure emergency maintenance coverage and on-call readiness.
• Maintain safety programs and conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Inspect facilities and manage preventative maintenance items.
