Job summary

Merola Tile, a national tile distributor, seeks a hands-on Maintenance & Facilities leader to direct daily upkeep and equipment reliability across our sites. You will supervise technicians, plan repairs, and drive preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidate brings 5+ years in maintenance with strong troubleshooting, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to lean processes. On-site role with growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance or facilities experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Facilities and Maintenance team with daily direction and feedback.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct daily team huddles for priorities, safety, and updates.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers to complete work safely and on time.
