Qualifications

At least 8+ years of maintenance experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Precast concrete industry desired.
Automated material handling system desired.
Mechanic Electrician Manufacturing experience desired.

Responsibilities

Oversees and directs all maintenance related functions to ensure plant operations safety compliance.
Drives Continuous Improvement through Lean and 5S (Gemba Walks).
Manages safety incidents and ensures OSHA requirements are followed.
Leads cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
Maintains preventive maintenance program and budget.
Ensures PPE quality and cost optimization.
Leads daily meetings and maintenance staffing as needed.
Maintains Westlake Engineering standards and capital project governance.
