Rose Valley Management in Chester, PA seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to organize, direct and supervise maintenance and repair programs for buildings and grounds. You will coordinate activities with other departments and ensure safe, code-compliant operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and grounds care, plus the ability to supervise staff, requisition supplies and keep cost records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or technical school graduate.
• At least 2 years' maintenance experience across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of state/local codes and OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to supervise others and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise and perform maintenance tasks across systems and grounds.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments.
• Requisition supplies and equipment for maintenance activities.
• Keep records of work performed and costs involved.
• Ensure safety compliance and regular inspections of equipment.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Oversee outside contractors when engaged and supervise service managers.
